Westwood Village is an association of owners. The Association itself does not offer or manage rentals. However, Westwood’s manager may be aware of units that are available. The manager’s contact information is available on the Contact page.
Owners that rent their units are responsible for meeting requirements established in Westwood’s governing documentation. Short term rentals (30 days or less), are subject to the related Sandpoint’s City Code. See the Complaints page and Incident Report Form if you want to make a formal complaint.

Owners that offer short term rentals are required to post the board provided one page summary of Westwood’s Rules and Regulations in a conspicuous place.
